LAZ Parking is seeking an Operations Manager in Memphis to oversee the full parking operation, ensuring customer service excellence and regulatory compliance. You will manage daily reports, deposits, staffing, and staff training while driving profitability and adhering to budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, parking experience, and proficiency in MS Office. A strong leadership mindset and focus on service quality are essential in a fast-growing company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have parking experience/knowledge.
• Valet and/or shuttle management also preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the parking facility, including customer interaction, reports, bank deposits, staffing, and training.
• Ensure adherence to city, TSA, FAA and local regulations and laws.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the market.
• Oversee expense approvals, budgeting and vendor negotiations.
• Lead and develop front-line staff to deliver superior customer service.
