Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to complete required training.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with tickets, baggage, seating, and inquiries.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, carry-on rules, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotel, meals, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed and enforce safety measures.
• Assist customers with special needs and marshal planes, load/unload baggage as required.
• Communicate clearly and work effectively under time constraints; maintain composure in busy environments.
• Work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
