Job summary

JSX in Denver is seeking a Customer Services Concierge to greet Customers, guide check-in, and ensure the lounge is welcoming, clean and well stocked. You will be one of the first representatives Customers meet, delivering a seamless, safe and friendly experience.

This role requires attention to detail, punctuality, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience: High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years of customer service.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: professional demeanor, calm under pressure, safety awareness, and computer skills (Google Business, MS Office).
• Preferred: 4-year college degree; aviation or airline/airport operation experience; customer service with high-end clients; travel industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with check-in and lounge experience.
• Verify documents, baggage screening, and safety compliance.
• Perform valet duties: parking, driving, and vehicle assistance.
• Monitor environment for safety and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and fully stocked amenities.
• Adhere to DOT drug and alcohol policies.
