Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus.
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner.
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Present menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Process guest payments and provide correct change.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with side work and restocking.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and seek management assistance when needed.
