Responsibilities

• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders, checks back for guest satisfaction, and ensures correct sequence of service.
• Maintains table appearance, checks drink levels, removes clutter, and provides napkins as needed.
• Present checks for payment and handle cash as needed.
• Follows HMSHost policies on customer service, adult beverage service, and cash handling.
• Keeps station clean and ready for service.
