Position Summary:

Provide oversight and ensure compliance across all service lines of business, following TSA and airline regulations. Serve in a leadership capacity as a representative of ACTS-Aviation Security. This role is primarily suited for units with complex service requirements, multiple operations, or larger teams. Promote ACTS-Aviation Security's commitment to quality service, regulatory compliance, and safety in the workplace.

Salary:

$24.94 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support ACTS Security Officers in daily activities as established by the customer
• Schedule and assign Security Officers to ensure proper coverage and relief
• Conduct regular documented audits of employee performance
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to the appropriate management
• Ensure all training and documentation for new hires are completed and maintained
• Discipline Security Officers as necessary
• Maintain compliance with regulations, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by ACTS-Aviation Security

Qualifications & Experience:

Required: Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience
