A leading company in renewable energy construction is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs at construction sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety checks, and promoting a safety-first culture among staff. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and leadership skills, and will be committed to maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires significant travel across the US and offers competitive benefits.
Overview
Responsible for participating in the planning, organizing, and implementing the company’s Safety Program at construction projects while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental, health, and safety regulations.
You’ll have the opportunity to travel across the US, supporting our team in building renewable projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time, with placements in various states. You will spend approximately 8-12 months per project, with designated daily per diem and a company vehicle with fuel card provided. Routine travel home (rotation) is supported.

Safety Manager I: 2-3 years of construction safety experience with leadership skills.
Safety Manager II: Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; BCSP certification preferred; 3-5 years of safety management experience.
Safety Manager III: Similar education requirements; BCSP certification within six months; at least 5 years of safety management experience.
