Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and staff by following security procedures and airport policies.
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of terminal areas, parking, access points, roadways and perimeter.
Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials as assigned.
Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies following established protocols.
Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
