Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and contractors while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport facilities, public areas, parking, and access points.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify airport personnel as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents and patrols for leadership and site contacts.
