Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Customer Service Return Agent at Reagan National Airport to welcome customers, manage vehicle returns, and ensure a smooth rental experience. You will handle inspections, transactions, and final charges while promoting SIXT products and services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in customer service, and are comfortable working 40 hours per week in a dynamic, travel-friendly environment. Uniforms and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and provide a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; report issues.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges to customers.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns.
• Identify vehicles needing maintenance and direct to proper location.
• Work in varied weather and take on additional tasks as needed.
