National Car Rental has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent at Harrisburg Airport. This role involves providing superior customer service throughout the rental process and ensuring the lot is organized for traffic flow.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and possess prior customer service experience. Benefits include paid time off, employee discounts, and extended health benefits. Starting pay is $15/hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide accurate receipts.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage.
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
