Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car brands and is hiring a Return Agent at Mobile Airport, AL. You will assist customers with the rental return process and maintain a friendly, efficient environment on the lot.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing charges and receipts, and ensuring proper vehicle checks and lot organization. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of continuous customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (26 mph+) in last 3 years will be disqualified.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log with unit number, date and time.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal politely.
• Thank customers and assess satisfaction; document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicles for damage and guide to damage/loss report completion.
• Verify fuel level and return status (full tank policy).
• Create service alerts for mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify and tag vehicles on hold or recall and move to proper lot.
• Keep the lot organized for smooth traffic flow and easy access.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
