Enterprise Holdings’ Enterprise Mobility unit is looking for a Return Agent at El Paso Airport to greet customers, process returns, review charges, and guide guests to the terminal. The role requires 18+, US work authorization, and a HS diploma with customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must have 12 consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using prescribed dialogue on arrival.
• Identify items found in vehicles and file into lost and found.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct customers to complete damage reports.
• Maintain lot organization for easy access and smooth traffic flow.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
