Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at the Little Rock Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental car return process. You will greet customers, process returns, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience.

The position pays $13.50 per hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, and life insurance, a 401k with matching profit sharing, employee rental car discounts, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Assist customers with the rental return process.
• Identify and log items found in vehicles for Lost and Found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide directions to airport terminals and assist with transportation information.
• Document customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and damage reports are completed.
• Keep the lot organized to support efficient traffic flow.
• Attend to duties and training to improve performance.
