Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring a Return Agent at the Little Rock Airport to provide friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and assist customers with the car return experience.

You will greet customers, review charges, locate lost items, and help ensure a quick, accurate checkout. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have a HS diploma with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Advise and review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Identify lost items and log them with unit number, date and time.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Keep the lot organized to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality; perform related duties as assigned.
