Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Zone Manager to lead daily operations across airport shops, delivering First Class Service and ensuring merchandising standards.

You will train Associates, manage staffing to maximize sales, and drive performance while building strong relationships with airport partners and customers.

The role demands leadership, clear English communication, flexibility for shifts, and the stamina to stand for long periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts in a 7/365 day team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with ability to motivate others.
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficiency reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/reporting.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with security requirements.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with every customer, partner, and peer.
• Perform register/cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Facilitate opening and closing procedures for stores.
• Direct replenishment of merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
• Ensure merchandising standards are consistently executed per guidelines.
• Coordinate staffing levels to maximize sales and service potential.
• Achieve sales goals by following performance metrics and promotions.
• Direct, coach, and train Associates in daily tasks.
• Represent and support the company with airport community relationships.
• Provide feedback on Associate performance and counseling.
