Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant/retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and a focus on safety, training, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience assisting with P&L management and cash control.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and recognize teams.
• Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
