Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs during shifts and coach hourly associates.
• Ensure merchandise displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Review timekeeping punches and monitor overtime for compliance.
• Assign tasks and ensure mandated breaks and meals.
• Escalate performance concerns and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Operate POS systems and follow cash handling policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Train staff on brand standards and visual merchandising.
