Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, airport, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, labor management, inventory control, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leaders and teams on operations, sales, inventory, and compliance.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and training.
• Support onboarding and leadership development across multiple locations.
• Partner with the Multi-Unit Manager to strengthen team performance.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, shrink, audit, and compliance results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive action plans to improve operational performance and consistency.
• Monitor and improve store standards, inventory controls, merchandising, and procedures.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
