You will guide Operations Delivery Managers and store teams to execute company priorities with discipline and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in retail, hospitality, airport, or resort environments.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive accountability in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, labor, inventory, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background screening and security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coach store leaders and teams on operations, sales, inventory, and compliance.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, shrink, and audits to drive improvements.
• Lead risk, audits, loss prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Drive execution of priority sales, merchandising, and service initiatives.
• Develop leadership and succession planning with the Multi-Unit Manager.
• Provide performance insights to senior leadership.
