WHSmith North America seeks a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple airport or resort stores. You will lead Operations Delivery Managers and store teams, driving sales performance, inventory control, and customer experience.

You will analyze store performance, coach leaders, and implement action plans to elevate standards, compliance, and execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, airport, resort, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to coach teams, influence leaders, and drive accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, inventory, compliance, and expense management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Experience with merchandising, customer engagement, training, and operational execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales performance, operations excellence, people development, and customer experience across multiple stores.
• Coach and develop Operations Delivery Managers and store teams.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, shrink, audits, and compliance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive action plans to improve operational performance and consistency.
• Support promotions, product launches, and new initiatives across locations.
