Hudson is seeking a Retail Multi-Unit Manager at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to lead multiple stores and ensure top standards of cleanliness, staffing and financial performance. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires strong leadership across the airport’s retail concepts.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, onboarding, and driving operational excellence while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail operations experience, including 2 years in multi-unit leadership roles.
• Proven success managing revenue portfolios up to $10M and leading teams across multiple retail concepts.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, planogram execution, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stores are prepared for next-day openings and that opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Support Director of Operations in achieving financial targets by monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations to maintain standards.
• Schedule managers to ensure coverage and make hiring/terminations decisions within the zone.
