• 6+ years in leadership roles in retail operations
• 2+ years supervising a team of retail professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field can count for 3 of the 6 years
• Knowledge of state and federal retail, employment, safety regulations and statutes

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores to ensure SOP compliance and operational readiness
• Schedule and develop managers and staff across zones
• Manage inventory, receiving, vendors, and planogram execution
• Analyze zone performance and collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve results
