Hudson Group is hiring a Retail Multi-Unit Manager I to lead operations at Philadelphia International Airport. You will ensure store standards, staffing, and financial performance across zones, driving compliance with SOPs and safety rules.

The role requires 6+ years in retail ops, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and POS systems. On-site, with varied hours and cross-brand responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years combined education/experience in retail operations.
• 2 years in a leadership role supervising a multi-unit team.
• 6–8 years in retail operations focused on store management and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field can count for part of the time requirement.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal retail regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory, scheduling and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs are applied across multiple locations and drive process improvements.
• Monitor timekeeping, overtime, and labor compliance within budget.
• Schedule and oversee zone coverage and hiring decisions.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, planograms, and shrink minimization.
• Analyze zone performance and coordinate with leaders on financial decisions.
• Ensure proficiency with retail systems and adopt new technologies.
• Train staff on brand standards, leases, and process adherence.
• Develop revenue-driving strategies and manage campaigns.
• Maintain safety standards and wellness training compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and zone presentation.
