Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Significant experience in multi-unit retail management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple retail locations within a defined geographic area.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive improvements across zones.
• Monitor labor, overtime, and budget adherence for hourly staff.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and performance for zone teams.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, planogram execution, and visual standards.
• Analyze KPIs and collaborate on strategic initiatives with leadership.
