Hudson by Avolta is seeking a Retail Multi-Unit Manager I to lead store operations across multiple zones at Philadelphia International Airport. You will drive performance, coach store leaders, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering strong guest experiences.

The role requires 6+ years in retail operations with multi-unit leadership, expertise in SOPs, inventory management, and retail technology platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and professional experience exceeding 6 years
• Experience supervising a retail operations team
• Leadership in multi-unit retail environments
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, inventory, and merchandising

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail locations to meet standards for cleanliness, staffing, and financial performance
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and coaching of store management teams
• Ensure inventory management, planogram execution, and visual merchandising
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue through marketing programs and promotions
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance across zones
• Collaborate with leaders on strategic initiatives and budget targets
• Utilize retail tech platforms (POS, scheduling, inventory, reporting)
