SSP America is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Reilly's Daughter, a pub-style restaurant at Chicago Midway International Airport. You will lead daily shifts in a busy, full-service setting and coach team members to deliver warm, professional service.

You will uphold food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while supporting operations and driving guest satisfaction in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading a team in a restaurant or food service environment; full-service or high-volume experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support airport operations.
