SSP America is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor at Reilly's Daughter, a lively pub-style restaurant at Chicago Midway International Airport. Lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leadership in food service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and open weekend/holiday availability to support airport operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading a team in a restaurant or food service; high-volume experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support airport operations.

• Lead daily shifts in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Oversee team members and provide coaching, direction, and support to keep operations running smoothly.
