Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations at our airport location. You will help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and maintain product quality and service across shifts.

Responsibilities include cross-training, supervising staff, assisting with inventory, cash handling, and adherence to food safety standards, while delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServeSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service flow.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere and good morale.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
