First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations at the airport location in Denver. You will help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and cross-train across all restaurant roles.

The role emphasizes product quality, consistent service, and compliance with safety standards, with opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service; courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure accurate production and timely service.
• Maintain morale with a professional, positive atmosphere.
• Communicate with management using the 7Shifts Log.
• Keep restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on station procedures.
• Follow cash handling guidelines and report discrepancies.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs or products as introduced by management.
• Assist GM with inventory accuracy and ordering.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
