Job summary

First Meridian Services seeks a Shift Leader for its airport location in Nashville. You will support restaurant managers, ensure consistent service and quality on each scheduled shift, and help set the tone for guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will cross-train across stations, maintain brand standards, and assist in inventory, cash handling, and administrative tasks under the General Manager’s direction. Must be flexible to work 3 AM to midnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of product and service times.
