First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a high-volume airport environment.

You will lead staff, coordinate with the kitchen, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure health and safety standards are met to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to train and evaluate staff
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage and supervise staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees.
• Inspect restaurant to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities.
