First Meridian Services is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Skyport restaurant within a major international airport. You will manage staff, assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Open availability for 8-5+ shifts between 3 AM and midnight, weekends required. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Requires 2+ years in a supervisory/management role within hospitality.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• ServSafe certification is a plus; familiarity with airport operations is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities.
