Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist restaurant managers in daily operations at Skyport locations. You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction, maintain quality, and support training across stations.

Responsibilities include managing service times, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to food safety standards while fostering a positive team environment. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and be available 3 AM to late evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServSafe Certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain courteous, friendly, and prompt attention to guests.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of product, service times, and flow.
• Maintain morale with a professional, positive atmosphere.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory and ordering under GM direction.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
