Job summary

Master Concessionair is seeking an MCA Manager to assist the General Manager in daily airport restaurant operations. You will oversee FOH/BOH staffing, training, and performance, ensure food quality and sanitation, and drive revenue through effective leadership and cost control.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, daily reporting, and adherence to MCA policies. Opportunity to focus as Bar, Market, or Commissary Manager as dictated by brand needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business or Culinary Arts.
• Health Dept approved Food Handler Manager Certification.
• Experience in supervising or managing restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead pre/post-shift meetings and staff communications.
• Manage inventory and costs, ensure proper storage and temperatures.
• Balance cash handling and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
