Master ConcessionAir, LLC is seeking an MCA Manager to assist the GM in daily restaurant operations at Key West Airport. You will oversee BOH and FOH staffing, staff development, and ensure adherence to MCA policies while maintaining food quality, sanitation, and service standards.

• Associate degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/assistant manager experience in full‑service restaurants.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MCA/Brand procedures and supervise staff.
• Schedule and lead pre‑shift/post‑shift meetings.
• Manage inventory, staffing, budgets, and labor costs.
• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
