Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a General Manager for our upscale, high‑volume airport restaurant to steer operations, ensure first‑class guest service, and drive profits. You will lead a skilled team, optimize store performance, and help shape the guest experience with a focus on quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will oversee the budget and P&L, hire and develop staff, and build strong relationships with airport officials and partners to expand our presence and success in the market.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years restaurant management experience in a full‑service, high‑volume, upscale setting.
• Belief and support of Paradies Lagardère Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Ability to manage for results in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 7/365 work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements organizational policies and goals.
• Coordinates activities of stores/departments for efficiency and economy.
• Directs and coordinates merchandise ordering and replenishment.
• Ensures compliance with security, sales and record-keeping procedures.
• Promotes products and develops new markets to increase market share.
• Analyzes budget requests and allocates the operating budget.
