Master Concessionair, LLC at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is seeking an MCA Manager to support the GM in day-to-day restaurant operations, including hiring, staff development, and performance management. You will drive customer service excellence while ensuring adherence to MCA policies, food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.

The role covers specialty areas such as Bar Manager or Market Manager, with duties like inventory, ordering, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory/assistant manager experience, preferably full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and impact on business results.
• Experience in guest relations, negotiations, and complaint handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead by example.
• Commitment to service of customers, staff, co-workers, and management.
• High integrity and honesty.
• Ability to work full time hours to manage the operation, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated coaching and development skills.
• Ability to train and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MCA/Brand operating procedures and ensure staff adherence.
• Attend and contribute to management meetings as required.
• Schedule and lead pre-shift/post-shift meetings and post staff communications.
• Ensure duties are performed and completed in a timely manner.
• Record deliveries; reconcile inventories with purchase orders.
• Maintain stock of food/beverages and proper storage temperatures.
• Complete daily reporting reflecting MCA/Brand procedures and documentation.
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure cash handling and proper receipt of payments.
• Balance cash items and complete end-of-night reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, market, and bar areas.
• Monitor waste, transfers, and promotional stock.
• Oversee orientation, training, development and performance of supervisors and crew.
