Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Senior Analyst, Facilities & Development to support infrastructure, properties and development at Fort Lauderdale (FLL). You will coordinate capital projects, facilities planning, and administrative tasks while working with BCAD, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills, with a focus on project controls and maintenance coordination across busy airport operations. On-site at FLL, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in construction, capital project management, facilities management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an operational environment around airline operations.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel (10%).
• Background check and pre-employment drug test compliance.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of capital, infrastructure, and facilities initiatives from planning through turnover.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and risks; provide reporting.
• Coordinate with JetBlue teams, airport authorities, consultants, and contractors to support delivery.
• Administer work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and contractor activities.
• Track maintenance and project issues; maintain project and facilities documentation.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support; develop dashboards and management reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and costs.
• Adapt to changing priorities across development and operations.
