Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of analytical experience.
• Two years of airport experience.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• Must obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical reporting and data interpretation.
• Ability to work core hours with flexible demand.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Internal candidates must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee task assignment using Inform GS RealTime for AO/GO crewmembers.
• Troubleshoot real-time assignment issues.
• Identify hourly risks and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flight activity.
• Monitor baggage and passenger counts to ensure proper staffing.
• Coordinate with administrative team to share insights on staffing impacts.
• Collaborate with crewmembers from other teams on initiatives.
• Perform other front-line supervisory duties.
