Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism, or related field is a plus.
• Proactive and energetic with a service-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate rental vehicle.
• Explain and promote optional products, services, upgrades, and other rental options.
• Create a positive rental experience while maximizing sales and service opportunities.
