Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and upselling experience.
• Experience across retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with a service mindset.
• Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and target-driven work.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Guide customers through car rental process and build rapport from the first moment.
• Upsell upgrades, protection plans, fuel options, and extra services to maximize interaction value.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling for performance-based earnings.
• Handle inquiries with urgency and professionalism, staying organized and service-oriented.
