Job summary

SIXT is hiring at its airport location. You will be the first contact for customers, guiding them through car rental and upselling upgrades to meet needs. You’ll earn an hourly wage with uncapped bonuses and an average annual range between $60,000 and $70,000.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• Experience from sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, B2B or car rental with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and thriving under pressure.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays with a flexible approach.
• Valid US driver's license and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional sales/service focus.
• Guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs.
• Upsell upgrades, protection packages, fuel options and services to maximize interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle inquiries with urgency, staying organized and service-oriented.
