Job summary

Sixt-US is seeking a Rental Sales Agent at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport to welcome customers, upsell car upgrades and services, and process rental agreements with a high level of service. The role emphasizes sales targets, customer satisfaction, and knowledge of the SIXT fleet. The position is full-time.

Candidates should be energetic, customer-oriented, and able to work weekends/holidays. A valid US driver's license is required, with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped bonus potential

Qualifications

• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and add-ons to meet sales targets.
• Experience with direct customer contact, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Clear and articulate English communication is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Confidently upsell and convert interactions into sales opportunities.
• Prepare rental agreements and answer customer inquiries in a service-focused manner.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of SIXT fleet and products.
