Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Agent, Passenger Service to help passengers with reservations, tickets, baggage handling, and travel information at our Dallas area operations. You will support boarding, lost and found, and airfreight processes while maintaining security compliance and smooth passenger flow.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and English fluency.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift and handle baggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry ability.
• Must stay up to date on recurrent training.
• Able to obtain and maintain airport security badge.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Make reservations, issue tickets, and itineraries; compute fares.
• Handle baggage check-in, excess baggage charges, and general information.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates and process boarding procedures.
• Coordinate with passengers with reservations and standby travelers.
• Determine flight close-out times and complete flight documentation.
• Complete post-departure tasks and finalize reports.
• Conduct lost and found activities and return items.
• Process lost or damaged baggage claims and route larger claims appropriately.
• Receive and process airfreight shipments with routing and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records for airfreight shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with site security protocols.
