Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Team Lead to oversee ground handling duties on the ramp and marshal aircraft in and out of gates. Responsibilities include loading and unloading baggage, de-icing, and operating ramp equipment, with potential cabin service tasks as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. Full-time position with benefits and rotating shifts in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred: one year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and towing.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wing during pushback and de-icing as needed.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer baggage and cargo to/from aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties including cleaning, stocking supplies and servicing the aircraft.
• Adhere to safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Complete tasks safely and report hazards or incidents per policy.
