Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and operate ramp equipment. The role involves de-icing, cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on a dynamic airport ramp.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. Full-time with potential weekend hours and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings.
• Load, unload, and transfer baggage and freight.
• Operate ramp equipment including belt loaders and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties as needed.
• Follow safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely per company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents promptly.
