Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a motivated Ramp Team Lead to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and ensure safe operations on the ramp. You will also supervise a team of ramp agents, perform de-icing when required, and operate ramp equipment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 18, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. Full duties include cabin service tasks as needed, safety monitoring, and reporting hazards in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp all arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de‑ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti‑Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
