Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Agent to lead a ramp team and marshal aircraft in and out of gates. You will load/unload baggage, de-ice aircraft as needed, and operate ramp equipment to support departures and arrivals.

The role includes cabin service duties when needed and requires maintaining safety and security standards on the ramp. Candidates should be able to work rotating shifts and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wing from equipment in path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as needed.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulatory requirements and company policies.
