Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a ramp team, marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and assist with de-icing and inspections. This full-time role involves operating ramp equipment and may include cabin service duties as needed.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, able to obtain required credentials, and hold a valid driver’s license. Flight privileges are offered after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arrivals, departures and towing.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage, mail, freight and company materials.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties including cleaning, restocking and servicing aircraft.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely and report hazards or incidents per policy.
